How to Schedule a Podcast
I used to just say, Hey, let's find a time. But I realized that it was creating a situation where I would have interviews all over the week at random times of the day. So when I went to podcast movement, which was a conference in Dallas last year, I talked to some professional podcasters and they said, we basically only like schedule interviews on one day a week. Like we'll do them on Tuesdays. And by providing that initial restricted choice, we are able to get most people within it. And then our schedules work better.So I tried that, it did work.
