How Long Does It Take to Package a Pilsner?

Pilsner typically has around 20 million cells and suspension still. So then we will step the beer down over the course of about 72 hours, first to 50 and then down to 31 degrees. We package breaks at Pilsner around 30 days knowing that it's going to have some time in the can before it gets in front of someone. But yeah, so we're typically somewhere in the kind of 4.5 to 6.5 week from brew day until packet on these.
