The Magic of East Hollywood
It was a big step for myself artistically and a risk to R.L. Burnside as well, and that wasn't what he was known for. Everybody had guts. So it was really, really great to see. I'd like to have a house in the hills that looks out over the city. I bet we can make some inspired stuff. To me, those hills really are they're full of like just ghosts and demons and that really fly around and jump on people. And just this magic comes out of these people and then the art goes flies away to somebody else. There's a reason why those places are known.
