The studies that have come out on athleticism and veganism are as it stands right now it's equally as good as a meat diet. Whether or not it's optimal it's no worse. Venus Williams has like attributes veganism she has like a chronic condition I forget the name of it right now but it causes like extreme fatigue and these things. And if it does have anti-inflammatory properties that like inflammation is a big issue if you're an athlete. Yeah inflammation and recovery and even like beats like increased blood flow and oxygenation to your muscles.
