i think a critical juncture is managers. Managers are really key to an employee's experience, and that is cultivating a relationship. Even if you don't have an opportunity for promotion, you can give them great projects. And even just starting out with the fact that you matter, i want you here,. i want you to stay, and this is what im wong to do about it - that is a key message to drive home.
