What's the Biggest Change?

Blake: I think for me, i've really learned to be intentional with my keeping my calendar up to date. Ah, and then turning them into a little bit more working sessions, instead of just people talking and things getting done. So we kind of had to rethink how we're using our time in the most effective way.
