The Importance of Syndication Agreements for Brokers
Co-stars getting its data, whether it's home snap or homes.com, I believe, through the 10x brokerage subsidiary. So they're getting the IDX feed, right? I believe. What that says to me is whatever syndication agreements that homes.com had prior to being acquired by co-star are sucked as compared to realtor.com. Zillow has a sweetheart deal through the whole NAR thing, right? True.
