I'm Unwilling to Give Up My State, Even for You

i'm unwilling to give up my state, even for you. I have a seven-year-old who is super dis regulated. She's tearing the house apart and she'susi using foul age. And it's just part of her behaviour that she has at this time. So i can choose, sometimes i can't. When you're creating a new behaviour, it doesn't have to make sense. There's going o be hair triggers. But we keep trying. We coming with patience, compassion, tolerance, love towards ourself. Then that extends towards others when we treat ourselves that way. You'll shorten the gap between that fro yourself as you keep going.
