Fogo de Chow is a place where they bring over meat on large skewers and they slice it for you. I am a sucker for a great salad bar. That's what a salad bar should be. We've gotten so used to like sad greens and a couple of like, you know, like Subway sandwich shops. People like, let's give it back. Let's enjoy it.
