In the gospel of matthew, isaiah describes a woman named mary with child. She was spoused to a man named joseph, a carpenter who wanted to divorce her. But an angel appeared in this world and told him: This is of the holy spirit so don't be afraid to take her as your wife. He did not approach mary, but kept her as a holy virgin, though with child.
