How Do You Find the Right People at the Right Level?
Stephanie a: How do you figure out who is the right level for you? Bea lincton: I'm on our consulting firm directory, and i'll pop a link into that during break. When we send out the recording afterwards, which you all will get, will include the link in the mal as well. And so if you can find the person onlinked in that's in the office you're targeting and at your level, you can then plug their name into that emal monicer and boom, your go. We've determined who we're reaching out to, who the right level is. It's not part ners, it's not recruiters.
