With the early menopause, you think that perhaps it was that that brought everything back. So normally when I buy a sandwich, there would often be a thought of enjoying it. And that didn't happen in this case. The rules for living or the rules for eating or not eating came back incredibly quickly. Did anyone notice at the time that your colleague noticed? Yes, she noticed. What'd she say? She didn't say anything while we were away, but on the train on the way back, she said 'you look very unhappy' and urged me to see a GP really quickly.
