The Importance of Learning Latin Eight Verbs

Some words, especially verbs that originally come from Latin, make a sound much too formal. Andre used quite a few of these and his English sounded unnatural to us. He could use multi-word verbs like give up on or abandoned the day instead. You do need to learn them but they're not wrong - it's all about context.
