The way that Australia shares our prosperity has become increasingly unfair. Between 1950 and 1960, 4% of economic growth was shared amongst the wealthiest 10% of Australians. By 2009 to 2019, 93% of economic Growth is shared between the richest 10% and 7% is left for everyone else. And if you're wondering what's going on and why it just feels so hard sometimes, maybe this could be part of the answer.
