John Avlon: There's a lot going on in the legal avenues, I guess, from sorts of things in the court and the Supreme Court. He says he saw that there will be a July hearing where Christopher Ray, the FBI director, is scheduled to appear. Avlon: A report just released yesterday from the Senate Committee on Homeland Security was over 100 pages. The biggest one for him was failure of information sharing; it echoes what they've talked about many times since 9-11.
