Just listen to your partner, right? If they say, oh, i feel misunderstood by my therapist. Oh, what is it that your therapist doesn't understand? So don't give them advice. Don't give them suggestions. In your mind, for like, two or three times a week, for up to half an hour, r forty minutes, set in your mind that this is a conversation where i'm not going to give any advice. I'm just going to listen, write. Next thing that you can do as a partner is encourage some positivity. Like expressing gratitude, having a good time.
