Netflix: A Momentum Stock?

Bob Iger has said this to spin off ESPN. There's value to extract that ESPN. And it seems as though management's going in a different direction where they're just trying to implement cost efficiency. So there's just this overwhelming amount of headwinds for Disney from the perspective of a do you buy it in the low 80s? I'm not necessarily sure. But I want to own this because I'm looking at three to five years. The clock's not going to ring to buy it.
