How to Have Tactic Conversations With Your Product Partners
I wanted to ask you this idea of checking in and aligning with your product counterparts. There are a lot of leaders out there who I mean the idea of going and suggesting that you would spend 25% of engineering on Dubex would be really a difficult message to convey to other executives tactically. My advice is start at the middle go up like who do they go talk to how do you have those conversations tactfully?
