How to Educate New Designers and Existing Designers?

Kevin Artknot: We're always reevaluating what is most valuable. I think having a growth mindset with this stuff is the best thing you can do because something that worked yesterday might not work tomorrow. So documentation might come out first because it's fastest and then we can build the tool that supports the documentation. It's kind of like this rolling process of helping people as quickly as possible. And then prioritizing even like the componentry that we do is based on like meeting with all the other teams, understanding what they're working on,. Understanding the pain points, and prioritizing sections of work like map or messaging or forms.
