How to Hire the Right People for the Job
A lot of times we don't have a either or we hire from a place of scarcity right because we're all looking for good people and good people don't seem out there right now. People face fear when saying you know what i'm really not interested in doing this this is not ideal for me so they keep acting like it's okay to avoid losing their job. I feel like maybe a mentoring process where there with someone that's been there a while can see whether or not this person is you know kind of suitable for this position, would be more toned down than the usual mechanical hiring processes. A lot of times you just don't know it's just like dating right everybody looks
