When the Best Aren't There?
i enjoyd taking the winds even when the best weren't there. There is something very, very special about crossing that line first. I was not a very good sky racer. Once i found endurance sports, i that was kind of my place. And i felt that in running. When i tried mountbiking in the spring as part of a high school mountbike team, it clicked and i felt like i'd found my place. It's sometimes i was just very good at picking the right race.
