The Legacy of Anas radiAllahu Ta'ala'An

Anas radiAllahu al-Aru'ala wrote a letter to Abdulmala Kibin Marwan who was the Khalifa at the time. He told him, imagine if the Jews found someone who served at rzayil or the Christians found a man who served Jesus the Son of Mary. These are not even Muslims. How would they treat these people? And he says, once you get this letter from me, I mean lower yourself even to where you're beneath Him.
