Python Dependency Management

The application is made out of hundreds of open source packages. It's also a massive dependsit dependency tree on the job scrip side. We use so much stuff here, and we use stuff that used a lot of stuff. So dependency management as a ele bent of struggle when you manage such a big piece of software. There's no joke. There's a lot of dependencies here.
