Never quit. You hear that phrase i lot, too. W whyis it? When would it be a good idea to quit? We all quit things. We have to quit things. But the other thing is for us to realize that, you know, where are the hours for grit and deliberate practice going to come from? They're not going to magically appear. So strategically quitting things is vital to grit. To devote a lot of your time towards great deliberate practice inproving your skill was getting ahead at the things that were seriously r o i positive. It makes you feel alive. And also, if you just keep doubling down on what works and doubles down on what doesn't work
