Using a Smart Pacing Guide in Block Scheduling

The last bit of advice in terms of best practices in general is to use a smart pacing guide. Pacing guides are used to map out when you will address each learning target or standard throughout the year or semester. But these usually value coverage over actual learning,. They don't really take into account the variability in different students pacing.
