The Russians' Failure to Take Out the Ukrainian Air Force

Russia has major limitations in terms of the number of launchers. The Black Sea Fleet is a major choke point. If those ships are disabled or neutralized, Russia cannot bring in additional naval assets into the Black Sea. This is a more efficient way to cope with this problem rather than sit there and every two weeks or every two and a half weeks, there's another inbound salvo of 40 or 50 objects that they have to shoot down.
