The Supply Chain Issues in Ukraine
Many parts of the defense industrial base are still these mom and pop shops. We just don't have the capacity to sustain what we're trying to do with Ukraine now, much less future contingencies. I know that this is a problem that's been bubbling up for decades. And thankfully it surfaced them in a conflict where we are not a direct party to the conflict. So we have time to work with Congress to make the investments we need to make.
