David Bianculli: "It is a very character driven movie that's cut like a huge" He says the idea of people trying to understand the meaning of their own actions has been integral to Nolan from the beginning. Inception, where he now makes movies where the entire duration of them flow like last hour and change of time, feels very much how Oppenheimer feels in this film. But yeah, I mean, you have two different modes and three points in time which is really going up for fission... You know, this movie starts off being a dillotons but then it goes into full-blown fusion with all these parts coming together.
