I've always thought about accountability as doing what you say you will do or being responsible. What Brad and Courtney are emphasizing is understanding interdependencies. It opens up a whole container of how is trust built. I've been in situations where the leaders, including myself have been drowning or, or, you know, on an airplane crashing. That mindset limits capacity and focuses our attention on ourselves.
