The Process Food Industry in the Sixties

In the late sixties, farmers in iowa, kansas, nebraska, et cetera, farmed different products. They farmed corn, of course. But they also farmed vegetables and tomatoes. In order to do that, they had to rotate crops. And you know, there was science or an art to how to improve your yield. So why don't we go into this idea of the process food industry? We're some of the national fissures started sohe early seventies.
