The big change happened a number of far decades ago, where the industry moved on mass to a services trust model for the delivery of health care services. The doctors aren't like employees there. There their own little businesses, wit business type thing. And that has all manner of complexities with accounting,. Ah, you know, i creates a lot of downstream paper work and friction for the individual are practitioners as well. But im one of the the biggest outcomes of thata mess at the back, and that's developed over the last couple of decades, is fraud. That's what's no good s ironic.
