The High Priest in Isaiah 22

In Isaiah 22 you have this figure whose authority is symbolized by the key. The Jewish tradition understood that Aliah Kim wasn't just some kind of royal official but that he was the high priest in the Targum's which are paraphrases of the Old Testament books written by later rabbis. Jesus is signifying Peter's priestly authority and that authority is meant to be passed on.
