Alexa was designed to be used for customer care. It didn't have the success that we expected or we wanted, because people are going to pick up the phone or go to the web before they go to Alexa. The next step was really what we learned from it is that all things, not all things, you know, being the same, the audio part of it, the digital audio is compelling.
