Is It Unlawful to Teach Anything That Could Make Someone Feel Guilty?
Parents are upset that their children aren't being taught about gender issues at the same time as history and science. They want to know if it's OK for them to teach a different version of history or science, but they're not allowed to do so by law. David says he was accused of being too dismissive on a previous podcast of the concerns of parents. He thinks there is an issue with how poorly drafted some speech laws are.
