What would your vice be to a young aspiring coach? I'd like to get good at this role but also yeah helping with those England teams if you could in a small way help develop football altogether in the country. You can't expect coaches to just all be the same in a club so you've got to coach what you like and as long as it fits within your club's sort of spectrum. If you're adding value to everybody then that's the biggest thing for a youth coach, he says. He adds: "The spirit of football is trying to pass that feeling on"
