The Decline of Skills Requirements in China
Even with the jobs that do exist, they're really much less skilled than they used to be for young graduates. This is a big problem, particularly where the government is obviously turning out about 11 to 12 million graduates each year. The centralisation of control under Xi Jinping as the sort of leader of the Chinese Communist Party has really blunted the dynamism of the economy.
