The Importance of Reaching
I'm actually working on something that's directly to do with it, but I don't really know how to talk about it. This is probably the wrong moment towards the end of this discussion, but I think Kant talks about this in the three sort of transcendental ideals. We're always striving to reach for it and it's almost like in the nature of the soul, he says, to always be like extending past what it can actually grasp. It's not that it's always elusive, it's that, you know, the reaching itself changes us, right?
