So with Canada, for example, as a Canadian citizen you obtain a second citizenship. You become a non-tax resident of Canada,. And then you just get out and never look back. With United States, if you did just the same, you would still have to pay capital against taxes on the assets you acquired before. It's quite easy to accomplish.
