Are You Taking a More Open Approach to Emigration?
Aging countries are not taking a more open approach to emigration because they don't have to. A lot of countries just don't want to change their cultures, and so they choose not to do it. Some countries are unwilling to bring the kinds of ethnic diverse that emigration would bring. So i think being more flexible with your migration is smarter, and it's good for our american businesses as well.
