The Cost-a-Living Crisis

Do not expect people to give a wedding present, whether that's money or crockpots. We are not your multi-millionaires. It is unfair. There is a cost-a-living crisis going on. And if they kick off and say to you at some point, even in a passive-aggressive way, oh, you know, no present or... Oh, did you not get us anything? They're not your friends. Can I be cheeky and right? So glad we could fly all the way from London just to be here on your big day in the card instead of the usual monetary gift.
