The Cost of Health Care in the UK
The population wasn't just getting bigger, it was also getting older. One way to adjust for that is to sort of look at how much health care different age groups use relative to the younger age groups. And that measure grew by about 7%, rather than 5%. So a bit faster, but not wildly different.
