Is There a Root Cause for Injury?
You got to listen to your body. You got to recognize those little niggles that are out of the ordinary so that you can start to proactively address them. As long as you're seeing the pain change or a bait, then typically you're on to something. So seek help figuring out that root cause addressing the core issue and get it to go away. It starts to develop your intuition around injury. Another question to ask yourself in the context of injury is should I run or not?
