Do you think the broader economy could afford for everyone to be asking for pay rises like that? Or is the construction sector particularly productive? Or do you have a view on whether the rest of workers should be asking for it? I certainly supported our lowest paid workers being those workers who are on the minimum wage or award-reliant workers who are at the lowest pay levels, getting an increase in matched inflation. But we have this situation where corporate Australia's profits are ballooning. They don't seem to be showing any restraint. So absolutely, the economy can afford decent increases for working people.
