In this digital world and the move towards the meter verse, i think an obvious outcome is nature trades at a premium. And that also helps because you do a lot of our socializing on line. So yes, it's good if you're in your twenties and early thirties to work in a city. But after that, when your life gets more complicated and more stressful, it's actually nice to move away.
