Medical Respite - Will Insureors Save Money?

38 states have expanded their medicade programs to include low income adults with no children. About one in three respite programes now receive funding from medicate plans wy or insurance companies. Julia dobbins of the national health care for the homeless council says, thousands of homeless people became eligible and have joined the ranks of the insured. But will insureors save money?
