The Relationship Between Mark and Luke

We have a good date for the gospel of luke, which was written about eigd 59. We thus need to consider theories about how the two gospels are related. The basic argument is that matthew simply appears to be a more developed literary work. That would put the writing of matthew after luke was released in 59 and before the temple was destroyed in 70.
