How to Slow Things Down With a High Speed Camera

The flower was only about two millimeters across, with four petals that are just held together by the tip. In between the petals were sticking out like elbows, stamens that bent in the bud. And one of the petals had a little trigger hair on it. So if you just very gently took u a pin and just pushed that trigger hair to the side, the whole flower just exploded open and pollen went up into the air. I mean, it was really astounding.
