Last year three scientists won the Nobel physics prize for proving that and Rogan actually how'd they prove it all right so this is getting a little explanation. quantum entanglement basically states that two particles anywhere in space and time can create a connection like a like a Wi-Fi connection. No matter how far apart in the universe they are separated from each other they can instantaneously send a piece of information to one another. That action is what Einstein called spooky action at a distance.
