Marissa Meyer was the 20th employee at Google and their first female engineer. Sergey Brin and Larry Page created a search engine built upon an algorithm called PageRank. The most important pages they theorized would have lots of links pointing to them from other pages. Their mission they said was to organize the world's information and make it universally accessible and useful.
