How to Launch a New Culture
Culture should not be a big bang launch for everything but especially culture. What you really want when you go ta da this is the new culture that people should go ah oh is that it that's not because it's already alive before you launch it and there should be a slight tinge of disappoint if not disappointment a slight anti-climax. The last head coach came in and they were going to have a new culture and it died really quickly the moment it was challenged, he says. "Think about who's in that initial kind of 15 to 20 percent"
